artist: Steed Taylor

The artist, Steed Taylor, writes:

John-Paul's interest and comments about the piece were great saying, "I'd like to adopt this artwork because it is the figure of a connection between two men. I'm attracted by the mystery of the faceless men and by their shirtless homoerotic allure. The bridge-like connection of the arms calls to mind the unity of other human organs, but also suggests strength, cooperation, and playfulness. There is similar good humor in the pierced nipple of the left figure.  The two figures and their different skin tone and chest hair also remind me of the same differences in my boyfriend and myself."

This artwork has been adopted.
